Tuesday - Saturday for 6pm-8pm and 8:30pm-10:30pm seatings.
We only offer our omakase menu, priced at $295 per person, not inclusive of beverage, tax or gratuity.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have a dress code?
No jacket required. We ask that guests limit the amount of perfume/cologne they wear, so as not to interfere with the experience of other guests.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we will do our best to be hospitable however this is subject to certain limitations. Our fish is flown in from Japan, and as such requires a lead time to prepare the omakase around certain restrictions. Please notify us a minimum of 48 hours before reservation time of any restrictions you may have.
Common restrictions that we can accommodate include, but are not limited to, Kosher, Gluten free, dairy free, pescatarian, shellfish, uni, soy, and rice. Restrictions which we will not be able to accommodate are: vegetarian, vegan, and aversion to raw fish.
Do you offer a beverage pairing?
Yes, our seasonal beverage pairings typically comprise a mix of wines, and sake.
Can I bring wine or sake?
Corkage is $100 per bottle or $150 per magnum, with a maximum of two bottles per party. Please make sure to consult with the restaurant via email prior to bringing bottles as we do not allow bottles currently offered on our beverage menu. Reach out via info@itotribeca.com
How many seats and seatings do you have per day?
We offer 2 seatings per day, Tuesday-Saturday,
6:00pm to 8:00pm and 8:30pm to 10:30pm.
Please note we open our doors 5 minutes before the reservation time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to our limited capacity any cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, or reduction in the number of parties made less than 72 hours of your reservation time will incur a non-refundable $295 per guest cancellation fee. We retain the right to cancel reservations if they remain unconfirmed with a 24-hour period. Rescheduling, or reducing party size unfortunately, counts as a cancellation if it is within 24 hours of your seating time.
How long does a seating last?
Seatings are strictly 2 hours.
What happens if I arrive late?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the full menu to guests who are more than 15 minutes late.
Do you offer private dining or catering?
We offer private dining experiences which accommodate up to 16 people seated.
We also offer private catering events throughout the tri-state area.
